PolicyEd Debuts New Video Series, "To Serve and To Lead: An Examination of Leadership in National Security"
This fall, PolicyEd will release a new video series, To Serve and to Lead: An Examination of Leadership in National Security. Episodes will feature eight alumni of the Hoover Institution’s National Security Affairs Fellows Program who are driven by a belief in American values and a commitment to protecting our nation.
The National Security Affairs Fellows Program offers an interdisciplinary approach to public policy and national security challenges, providing national security professionals with support and resources to expand their professional networks and engage with scholars at Hoover and Stanford. National Security Affairs Fellows (NSAFs) also audit classes; participate in workshops, roundtables, and other events with policy experts and government officials; and mentor and provide leadership training to some of Stanford’s top undergraduate students.
Now you don’t need to be a top Stanford student to learn about leadership from the NSAFs. To Serve and to Lead will feature NSAFs offering real-life lessons in leadership, drawn from their careers in public service. Through the National Security Affairs Fellows Program and the To Serve and to Lead video series on PolicyEd, the Hoover Institution continues to show its commitment to amplifying the voices of Americans who serve our country in the armed forces, diplomatic corps, and intelligence agencies.
