Illegal Immigration: Illegal immigration refers to the migration of individuals into a country in ways the violated that country’s immigration laws. It also refers to individuals who enter the country legally but overstay their visas. 

“Z” Visa: “Z” visa allows undocumented workers and their families to stay in the US, provided that they pay an annual visa fee. To be applicable, immigrants must prove they have no criminal record, pass a background check, demonstrate that they’ve resided in the country for at least three years, and be consistently employed. While this visa allows them to work in the US and apply for citizenship, they do not receive any other priority. Instead, they have to go to the back of the line as would be the case if they were applying for permanent residency from their origin country.

Social Security Card: A Social Security card is issued to the US citizens, permanent residents, and temporary residents. It is essential as you need it to gain employment and collect Social Security benefits. Click hereto learn more.
