Colonel Henry C Brown, representing the US Army, is a former National Security Affairs Fellow at the Hoover Institution for the academic year 2022-2023. Col. Brown is a logistics officer and served in variety of assignments in the United States, Europe, Middle East, and Indo-Pacific. He has also deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan theaters multiple times.
