The Historical Threat To Freedom

Is the federal government’s power benevolent, malevolent, or a mix of both?

Responses

A mix of both

The terms benevolence and malevolence are defined by intent not outcome. These videos have pointed out that the federal government’s power is derived from the people. This cession of power by the people can only be from good intentions. The failure is in society’s inability or unwillingness to recognize that the the outcomes do not match their intentions. It is much more difficult to reduce a government that has grown too large than to maintain a small government.
