We need to remember who the government is. It is the people, not a piece of paper such as a corporation. That I believe was the true intent of our founding fathers.

Not if I could have a vote. The Constitution is the ultimate guide for the short comings of human nature. It is rarely changed or amended because it is easier to manipulate and coerce in 8 year periods of personal imperialism.
