National Security Affairs Fellow

Nick is an FBI Counterintelligence Special Agent. Among his assignments with the FBI, Nick has been National Security Legal Counsel, sat as a Fellow of AFWERX, managed all CFIUS investigations west of the Mississippi, Directed the Strategic Technology Task Force, and led the team that wrote the Delta Protocol: the FBI's security protocol for IP-rich companies. Currently, Nick sits on the Counterintelligence Taskforce, carrying the Emerging Technology/Venture Capital portfolio for the FBI. Prior to the FBI, Nick was a Mergers & Acquisitions attorney, and a three-time founder. Nick received his BA from UCLA, and his JD from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
