No, Putin’s Russia is not hell bent on conquering additional bordering nations. That idea is not based in fact. Putin’s Russia doesn’t even want all of Ukraine. They would rather destroy infrastructure and settle for a few regions that have high percentages of ethnic Russians which have been persecuted by Ukraine and Western influence. Regions such as Crimea and Donbas.
